Karl Segerström AB has experience, dating back to the 1930’s, of working with spruce as a raw material. That is why we call ourselves spruce specialists.
Annually we produce more than 50 000 m3 of sawn wooden products, of which two thirds are delivered directly to the customer, the remainder is further processed in our planing mill. We export the majority of our production to our customers spread over the whole of the Northern hemisphere, with the bulk of them in Europe.
Segerström’s focus is on wooden products for the construction industry, as well as panelling. Our customers are from various areas within the timber industry, including manufacturers of gluelam beams and roof trusses, as well as even builder’s merchants and planing mills.
Our planing mill enables us to deliver fixed-length sawn products, such as joists, panelling and cladding, which has made the house manufacturing industry a growing market for us.
